3. Can I return or exchange an item?
Answer: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please make sure to review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.
4. Why don't you accept returns?
Answer: As an online thrift store, we sell secondhand, pre-owned items. Each product is unique and sold as-is. For this reason, we cannot offer returns or exchanges, but we strive to provide accurate descriptions and clear photos to help you make informed decisions.
5. Do you clean or repair the items before selling them?

7. Can I track my order?
Answer: Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's journey directly on the courier’s website.
8. Do you offer a local pick-up option?
Answer: Yes! We do offer local pick-up for an additional fee. If you're in the area and would prefer to pick up your order in person, simply select the "Local Pick-Up" option at checkout. Please note that a small fee may apply to cover administrative costs. Once your order is ready, we’ll reach out to arrange a pick-up time.
9.How do I arrange for local pick-up?
Answer: Once you’ve completed your purchase and selected local pick-up at checkout, we will contact you via email to confirm the pick-up time and location. Please make sure to bring your order confirmation with you when picking up your items.
10. Do you accept donations?
Answer: Yes! We accept donations of gently used items, including clothing, furniture, jewelry, books, children’s items, household goods, and more. If you have items you'd like to donate, please visit our "Donate" page or contact us for more details on how to drop off or arrange for a donation pickup.
11. What types of items do you accept as donations?
